The Bible frequently emphasizes the significance of joy in the life of a believer and how it paves the way for true happiness. Biblical joy is a deep, abiding sense of well-being that comes from knowing and trusting God, regardless of circumstances. Happiness, on the other hand, is often seen as a more fleeting emotion tied to external situations. However, when joy is rooted in faith, it becomes a stable foundation for lasting happiness.
