Work is a central part of life-working for the Lord. Whether it’s our career, serving others, or caring for our families, the Bible reminds us that the true value of work isn’t found in titles, paychecks, or recognition. It’s found in who we’re ultimately working for. Colossians 3:23–24 captures this timeless truth:
📖 “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.”
Paul wrote these words to remind believers that all labor—no matter how ordinary or unseen—can be sacred when done for God’s glory. Our work becomes worship when our hearts and motives are centered on Christ.

Encourage others – Remind coworkers, family, or friends that their work matters to God too.
Colossians 3:23–24 calls us to transform our view of work. It’s not just about earning a living—it’s about serving the Lord with a sincere heart. Every task, from the smallest to the greatest, can become an act of worship when done for Him.
