Lead with the Right Qualities 

As a leader, there are key areas that must be developed: 

  • Consistency — showing up the same way every day 
  • Listening — understanding before responding 
  • Patience — allowing growth over time 
  • Performance — setting the standard through your actions 

These are not always easy. That is why it is important to pray for guidance. 

Ask God to help you grow in each of these areas. Leadership is developed — not given. 

The Body Works Together 

Remember the principle of the body: 

We are all different. 
We all have strengths and weaknesses. 

These differences are not problems — they are what make a team strong. 

When each person operates within their strengths and supports others in their weaknesses, the entire team becomes more effective. 

Unity does not mean sameness. 
It means working together with purpose. 

Speed of the Leader — Speed of the Team 

Your pace sets the tone. 

Speed of the boss is speed of the team. 

When you are focused, the team becomes focused. 
When you are disciplined, the team becomes disciplined. 
If you are careless, the team will reflect it. 

Leadership multiplies behavior. 

Be intentional with the example you set.

Leadership is not about control — it is about responsibility. 

Be understanding. 
Be approachable. 
Do not let ego get in the way. 

When you look back, the goal is not just to see success — it is to say: 

“I helped build that team, with God’s help.” 

That is lasting impact.

You are a valuable part of the organization. 

In many ways: 
You are your employer’s most valuable asset. 

Perform like it. 

Remember: 
You are not only working for a company — 
you are also working for God. 

This changes how you approach your work: 

  • With integrity

  • With purpose
